 Refund Policy

1.When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order at any time before WINZZ has shipped the products to you.

2. After canceling the order, when can it be processed?

Under normal circumstances, WINZZ will process your order cancellation request within 1-2 working days.Refunds depend on your payment method.

3. About the refund time limit

Once a refund occurs, the refund amount will be refunded to your account through the original payment channel.If you paid with Paypal, the refund amount will be credited within 3-7 business days. The arrival time of other banks/payment methods depends on the refund policy of each bank/payment channel.

Once the order has entered the shipped stage, it may not be canceled. Please contact us by email: winzzguitars.service@gmail.com.

You can only cancel the entire order, not part of an order. If you still need to cancel some items in your order, you must cancel the whole order before repurchasing. 

After the order is canceled, WINZZ will not reserve inventory for you, resulting in insufficient stock and unable to purchase. Please contact us by email:winzzguitars.service@gmail.com.

After you submit the cancellation request, we will send you the processing result by email. If the cancellation is not successful, please contact us and follow the steps outlined in the Returns Policy to make a return.

The delivery cannot be delivered due to special reasons, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. We will notify you by sending an email.

Return&Exchange Policy

1.Return

Winzz offers a return policy within 30 days from the delivery date for all purchases.

1.The product is in good condition. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function;
2.The outer packaging of the product is complete;
3.If the product is equipped with accessories, the accessories should be complete.

Please ensure that the returned product is still in the original condition purchased and eligible for a second sale.


If the returned product does not meet the above return requirements, WINZZ has the right to refuse to accept the return application, and the buyer shall bear the relevant shipping costs.

Other non-refundable situations:
Damage caused by dismantling or repairing by consumers, or other man-made damage;
There is damage to the product due to improper use;
Products not sold by WINZZ;
Other laws and regulations exempt from warranty liability.

  • If the product is returned due to your reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you personally.
  • If the product is returned due to the seller's reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the seller.

Return Process

Before returning the item, please contact us by email:winzzguitars.service@gmail.com to apply for a return. Failure to apply for a direct return may result in no refund.

After the return application is approved,if it is returned for your reason, please send it back by yourself and inform us of the tracking number.If it is the seller's reason, we will give you an RMA# within 1-2 business days via email:winzzguitars.service@gmail.com, please write your RMA# on the return shipping label.

WINZZ will check and refund the returned product within 3 working days after receiving the returned product, and inform you of the refund result by email. The refund amount will be returned to your account through the original payment channel,  If you paid with Paypal, the refund amount will be credited within 3-7 business days. The arrival time of other banks/payment methods depends on the refund policy of each bank/payment channel.

1. Products with manufacturing defects.(Paid by WINZZ)

2. Products with no manufacturing defects.(Paid by buyer)

Such as customers remorse.(This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.No other handling fees for returns or exchanges.

  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This may not be the return address and will affect processing your return. Contact us at winzzguitars.service@gmail.com and we will email you the address to ship to.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

  •  Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, scraped or lacking of (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.

  •  If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact winzzguitars.service@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.

  • If you are shipping an item over $90, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Does the holiday need to extend the return time?

          Holiday processing time is the same as usual.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at winzzguitars.service@gmail.com.
