Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship directly from our California warehouse for faster delivery.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Most customers receive their orders within 4–9 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping fees may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote areas.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product has a manufacturing defect:
- WINZZ covers return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal preference:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Do your guitars come set up before shipping?
Yes. Every instrument is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
What should I do if my guitar arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Do your guitars include a warranty?
Yes. All WINZZ instruments are covered against manufacturing defects. Please contact our support team for warranty assistance.
Are WINZZ guitars suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our guitars, ukuleles, and basses are specifically designed for beginners while still offering quality features for advancing players.

Do you offer guitar lessons?
Yes. Many WINZZ instruments include one month of free online lessons to help you start playing quickly.
What types of lessons are available?
We offer beginner-friendly guitar and ukulele lessons covering fundamentals, chords, rhythm, and song practice.
Taxes
Do I need to pay additional sales tax?
Taxes are already included where applicable, so no additional tax payment is required at checkout.
