RETURNS PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Include all original packaging, manuals, warranties and accessories, or you may be subject to a return handling charge.
To return merchandise, please follow the steps below:
Email us your return request at service@gmail.comindicating the order number, which items you want to return and the reason for return.
We will give you an RMA#, please write your RMA# on the return shipping label. Attach the return shipping label to the shipping box.
Once these steps are completed, drop your package off with your carrier. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

This kit has met my expectations and more. It was well packaged. It was undamaged and was the exact one I ordered. Fir the paid price I can not expect much more. There was even a small surprise gift inside.
Didn't expect much out of this guitar but after doing some research felt like it should be sufficient for my needs. The body seems a little smaller than my other guitars but still fits nicely. The gig bag isn't of high quality but it will do from dragging it around as needed. Seems like fair quality though it might be slightly tinny sounding. I went ahead and got the green guitar...hey my favorite color! lol enjoy!
He plays it all the time it sounds great, I’m not an expert and he says there are things he’d get fixed but he overalls loves it. A string did break already but it was his fault . Very beautiful color guitar as well-being
After getting the hang of playing the ukulele, I wanted to transition to the guitar. With this beautiful guitar, I've been enjoying learning a lot. In my opinion, it sounds lovely, and for beginners like me who are picking up guitar playing as a hobby, the guitar is truly suitable, bringing much joy and a desire to make music. I've had the guitar since December 2022 and still love playing it. The guitar has an aesthetic appeal as well; even though the color isn't as vibrant red as shown in the pictures, I adore this guitar. I have no regrets about the purchase and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
The red is beautiful. Not flimsy, well sturdy and proper. Defo for beginners. Got it as a birthday present and she was not disappointed.
