RETURNS PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Include all original packaging, manuals, warranties and accessories, or you may be subject to a return handling charge.
To return merchandise, please follow the steps below:
Email us your return request at service@gmail.comindicating the order number, which items you want to return and the reason for return.
We will give you an RMA#, please write your RMA# on the return shipping label. Attach the return shipping label to the shipping box.
Once these steps are completed, drop your package off with your carrier. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

A great acoustic guitar good for beginners or intermediate players. I like that it comes with all the tools to tune and replace the strings it even comes with a guitar wall holder. But they do not put extra strings for replacement. Mine came with one string torn thankfully I had another string and was able to replace it. Sounds beautiful with the design looking marvelous and soft to the touch. budget-friendly!!
I bought this for my 10-year-old grandson and couldn't be happier. The problem with most inexpensive beginner guitars is that the strings are too high off the fret, which makes it very hard on the fingers when you try to press down and play chords. This is why a lot of beginners quit trying after a few days, because their fingers hurt too much. The strings on this one are much lower, like a higher-priced guitar, and the sound quality is very good also. I highly recommend it!
